In March 2020, when the world can to a halt, Melbourne's favourite premium butcher and deli, Meatsmith, introduced their new home delivery service to select suburbs. This later expanded to include a vegetable delivery service from their sister company, Marion Wine Bar.

To herald the new initiative, I worked with Contain to illustrate and animate characters based on a wide range of the foods on offer. These were splashed across web, social media, storefront and staff uniforms. The characters were designed to be fun and a bit cheeky, to bring joy to a city during a bleak year. Later, when Meatsmith dedicated a month to celebrating fine French wine and food, I added a range of new characters based on iconic french ingredients.
